ESP Travel Fellowships

The European Society for Photobiology (ESP) makes available to young photobiologists to facilitate their participation in conferences (excluding the ESP Photobiology School) with a clear photobiology profile. This instrument is implemented in even years.

Eligibility conditions:

• The applicant must be a PhD student or Post-Doc (less than 35 years old).
• The applicant must be an active ESP member in 2024.
• The applicant’s supervisor must be ESP member in 2024.
• The applicant must submit an abstract to the conference of interest.

Submission of applications:

The application letter must be accompanied by:

1. A Statement of Purpose justifying how participation in this conference will support future career goals.
2. A concise CV of the applicant.
3. A letter of recommendation from the supervisor.
4. Copy of the abstract submitted to the congress.

The deadline for application is May 15, 2024.
